• How can i cancel my order?

  Request made within 1 calendar day after order was placed - FULL refund minus $0.30 charged by Paypal. Request made before shipped - 30% refund + shipping minus $0.30 charged by Paypal. Request made after shipped - Please see Return policy

• I received defective / wrong item

  Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method.  Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.

• I want to return item

  For order after shipped, at buyer's cost and 80% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
